Beth Correira Ms. Correira is a National Client Manager for Cardno, a global engineering and environmental consulting firm. She over 20 years of experience in environmental consulting and is responsible for managing a multi-disciplinary staff of professionals throughout the country and providing technical oversight and support of environmental due diligence projects for national real estate sector clients and institutional investors. Ms. Correira has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Resource Development from the University of Rhode Island with specialties in soil and water resources. For over two decades, she served as an environmental scientist/project manager/national client manager, responsible for the performance and management of environmental assessments, comprehensive hydrogeological assessments, soil and groundwater remediation, regulatory compliance, project planning and budgeting. Ms. Correira has been a weekend visitor to Prudence Island since 1992. In 1998, she purchased an island cottage overlooking the east passage of Narragansett Bay. She is passionate about the outdoors and enjoys volunteering for a variety of non-profit organizations. Ms. Correira joined the Prudence Conservancy Board of Directors in 2002 and served as Chairperson of the Board from 2010 through 2013. She is an emeritus member and rejoined the Board of Directors in 2014. Ms. Correira continues to bring the Conservancy Board her technical expertise and her commitment to preserving open space on Prudence Island.
